Cabbagetown

Cabbagetown is a neighborhood in eastern Atlanta.  It was originally built around the historic Fulton Bad and Cotton Mill.  The neighborhood acquired its unusual name due to the tendency of the Appalachian transplants who worked at the mill to cook and eat large amounts of cabbage.  After the mill closed, it was largely converted into a loft community.  Today, Cabbagetown is home to a number of Atlanta’s most popular restaurants and one of its most popular festivals, the annual Chomp and Stomp Bluegrass and Chili Cook-Off Festival.  Fusion CPA supports this vibrant community by offering Cabbagetown bookkeeping services.
